PREAMBLE.
A factor of dignity and security and for the profession that exercises its condition of development.
The Democratic Republic of the Congo, like most countries, did not assign certain legal concepts, gave the liberal character of the legal profession. But in a young country, without long traditions, the public authorities are required up to a certain point to intervene to promote the conditions of the lawyer's dignity and security as well as fulfillment in his profession with a view to guarantee its future and its competitiveness in a world increasingly subject to the ruthless law of the market, under the leadership of industrialized countries._like most countries from which it has issued certain legal concepts, has attributed the liberal nature of the profession of lawyer. But in a young country, without long traditions, the public authorities are required up to a certain point to intervene to promote the conditions of the lawyer's dignity and security as well as fulfillment in his profession with a view to guarantee its future and its competitiveness in a world increasingly subjected to the ruthless law of the market, under the leadership of the industrialized countries._ like most of the countries for which it provided certain legal concepts, gave the liberal character of the profession of lawyer.
