Att Jean BANZE ILUNGA
Holder of a high school diploma majoring literature, specializing in Latin and philosophy, at the Imara Saint Francis de Sales College, Attorney Jean BANZE ILUNGA obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in Private and Judicial Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lubumbashi.
He was admitted to the Lubumbashi Bar Association's traineeship program on February 3, 2006, sponsored by Bar President Cyrille NGOY KYOBE, and mentored by both Bar President John KALALA KABAMBA. After two years of traineeship, he was admitted as Lawyer to the Lubumbashi Court of Appeal with distinction and continues to practice law with experience, diligence, excellence, and competence.
Member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and a co-founding member of the Lubumbashi Young Bar Association (JBL). In 2014, he was elected a member of the Council of the Lubumbashi Bar Association, where he works in the Bar Association's Secretariat.

Att Gerard MUKEYA
Attorney Gerard MUKEYA A graduate in Private and Judicial Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lubumbashi, he was admitted to the Lubumbashi Bar Association's trainee list on May 2014 and sponsored by Bar President Cyrille NGOY KYOBE. After two successful years of traineeship, he was admitted to the Bar Association of the Lubumbashi Court of Appeal.

Att Ange NGOY AHIYA
Attorney NGOY Ahiya Ange Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Law from the University of Kinshasa, Academic Year 2008-2009. From March 2012 to November 2013, she was secretary at the BANZE & ASSOCIATES law firm in Lubumbashi, and is currently in charge of the firm's administration. Att Geslain MAKUNGU MWEWA
Attorney Geslain Makungu Mwewa is a lawyer by training and has been a member of the Lubumbashi Bar Association since 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, which he obtained during the 2011-2012 academic year. At the beginning of his professional career, he worked at the Tshokwe Law Firm, where he gained his initial experience in legal practice and providing legal counsel. He then joined Banze & Associates, continuing in an environment focusing on business law and providing legal support to companies. Alongside his professional practice, he is pursuing an academic and research career. He is currently a doctoral candidate in law and is actively involved in research, particularly in the areas of environmental law and business law. .

Attorney Esther Mwanza has been a lawyer at the Haut-Katanga Bar Association since 2022. She has experience handling labor, human rights, and family law cases. She is also a member of a civil society organization working on transparency in the extractive sector. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree (DEA/DES) at the University of Lubumbashi and holds several training certificates in governance and transparency in the extractive sector and on mining environmental issues.
